That's exactly the point.</p> </div> <!-- ══════════════════════════════════════════ ARTICLE BODY ══════════════════════════════════════════ --> <div class="article-wrap"> <p>Let me start with a story.</p> <p>A 68-year-old retired teacher named Barbara had been putting off writing a letter to her insurance company for three weeks. She knew what she wanted to say, but every time she sat down to write it, the right words just wouldn't come. She worried it would sound too aggressive, or too weak, or she'd leave out something important.</p> <p>Then her daughter introduced her to Claude — an AI assistant made by a company called Anthropic. Barbara described her situation out loud — just like talking to a friend — and within seconds, Claude had drafted a clear, professional, persuasive letter for her. She read it, made two small tweaks, and sent it.</p> <p>Her claim was approved within a week.</p> <blockquote><p>"I felt like I finally had someone in my corner who could help me say exactly what I meant — without judgment, without rushing me."</p></blockquote> <p>Barbara's story isn't unique. Across the country, people in their 60s, 70s, and 80s are quietly discovering that this tool — Claude — is changing what's possible in their daily lives. And the ones who haven't found it yet? They're leaving an enormous amount of help, connection, and capability on the table.</p> <h2>What Exactly Is Claude — And Why Should You Care?</h2> <p>Claude is an AI assistant you talk to in plain English. You don't type code. You don't learn commands. You just... talk to it. Type a question like you'd text a family member, and Claude responds with thoughtful, helpful answers.</p> <p>Think of it as having a brilliant, patient friend who:</p> <ul class="benefit-list"> <li> <span class="icon">📝</span> <span><strong>Helps you write anything</strong> — letters, emails, thank-you notes, obituaries, holiday newsletters, medical questions to bring to your doctor, complaint letters, heartfelt messages to grandchildren</span> </li> <li> <span class="icon">🧠</span> <span><strong>Explains things clearly</strong> — confusing medical terms, insurance documents, legal notices, news stories, new technology — without making you feel dumb for asking</span> </li> <li> <span class="icon">💊</span> <span><strong>Helps you research health information</strong> — understand a new diagnosis, prepare questions for your doctor, or learn about a medication your doctor just prescribed</span> </li> <li> <span class="icon">🎯</span> <span><strong>Keeps you mentally sharp</strong> — have real conversations, debate ideas, learn something new every single day, play word games, explore history or science or whatever interests you</span> </li> <li> <span class="icon">👨‍👩‍👧</span> <span><strong>Helps you connect with family</strong> — write texts that actually sound like you, help plan grandkids' gifts, even help you write your life story or family memories to pass down</span> </li> <li> <span class="icon">🛡</span> <span><strong>Protects you</strong> — learn to recognize scams and fraud, understand suspicious emails, verify information before you click anything</span> </li> </ul> <p>And here's the thing most people don't realize: <strong>Claude never gets impatient.</strong> You can ask the same question five different ways. You can say "I don't understand, explain it more simply." You can take your time. Claude will always meet you exactly where you are.</p> <h2>Why People Over 60 Have a Unique Advantage with AI</h2> <p>Here's something the tech world doesn't say enough: older adults aren't behind with AI. In many ways, you're <em>ahead.</em></p> <p>You have something most young people are still building: <strong>life experience, judgment, and the ability to know a good answer from a bad one.</strong> Claude provides information — but it takes wisdom to use that information well. That wisdom? You've already earned it.</p> <p>You also know how to have a real conversation. You know what matters. You know what questions to ask. Those are exactly the skills that make someone good at using Claude.</p> <div class="stat-row"> <div class="stat-card"> <div class="stat-num">73%</div> <div class="stat-label">of seniors say they feel more confident handling tasks after using AI assistance</div> </div> <div class="stat-card"> <div class="stat-num">2×</div> <div class="stat-label">Adults 65+ who learn AI tools report twice the feeling of independence in daily life</div> </div> <div class="stat-card"> <div class="stat-num">68%</div> <div class="stat-label">say AI helps them feel less isolated by giving them someone to "talk through" problems with</div> </div> </div> <h2>The Real Cost of Waiting</h2> <p>Every month you wait to learn this tool is a month of letters you struggled to write alone. A month of confusing medical information you couldn't decode. A month of feeling like technology was passing you by.</p> <p>The people who adopted email early? They stayed connected. The people who learned to use smartphones? They have their grandchildren's photos at their fingertips. This is that same moment — and it moves faster.</p> <p>The good news: <strong>Claude is genuinely easier to use than email.</strong> If you can type a sentence, you can use Claude. There's no wrong way to do it. You just talk.</p> <h2>But Where Do I Even Start?</h2> <p>This is the question I hear most often. And it's a fair one. The internet is full of confusing tutorials written by 25-year-olds for 25-year-olds. YouTube videos move too fast. Tech blogs assume you already know half the vocabulary.</p> <p>That's exactly why I created <strong>Claude for Seniors.</strong></p> <blockquote><p>"What if you had a step-by-step guide written specifically for people who didn't grow up with smartphones — designed at your pace, in plain English, with real examples from real life?"</p></blockquote> <h2>Introducing: Claude for Seniors</h2> <p><strong>Claude for Seniors</strong> is a complete beginner's program that walks you through everything you need to know — starting from absolute zero — so you can start using Claude confidently within your first session.</p> <h3>Here's what's inside:</h3> <ul class="benefit-list"> <li> <span class="icon">✅</span> <span><strong>Getting Started Right</strong> — How to access Claude, set it up, and have your very first conversation (step-by-step, with screenshots)</span> </li> <li> <span class="icon">✅</span> <span><strong>Talking to Claude</strong> — How to phrase your requests so you always get exactly what you need, without frustration</span> </li> <li> <span class="icon">✅</span> <span><strong>Real-Life Practice Exercises</strong> — Write a letter, research a health topic, plan a trip, draft a message to a grandchild — real tasks, real results</span> </li> <li> <span class="icon">✅</span> <span><strong>Safety &amp; Privacy Guide</strong> — Exactly what to share, what never to share, and how to use AI tools with complete peace of mind</span> </li> <li> <span class="icon">✅</span> <span><strong>50 Ready-to-Use Prompts</strong> — A cheat sheet of the most useful things to ask Claude, word for word, for everyday situations</span> </li> <li> <span class="icon">✅</span> <span><strong>Designed for Your Pace</strong> — No timers. AI for Senior Citizens https://isit.makinmehappy.com/ai-for-senior-citizens/ Tue, 02 Jun 2026 02:17:15 +0000 https://isit.makinmehappy.com/?p=183 My Daughter Showed Me This App — Now I Use It Every Single Day

My Daughter Showed Me This App — Now I Use It Every Single Day

I was nervous about AI. Then I realized it was the first time technology actually felt like it was made for me.

Let me be honest with you.

For years, every time someone said “you should try this new technology,” I would smile, nod, and then quietly go back to doing things the way I always had. Because honestly? Most new technology felt like it was designed by 25-year-olds, for 25-year-olds. Tiny buttons. Confusing menus. Instructions that assumed you already knew everything.

I figured AI would be more of the same.

I was wrong.

“For the first time in years, I felt like I had a knowledgeable friend right there with me — patient, clear, and never making me feel foolish for asking.”

It Started With a Simple Question

My doctor mentioned a new medication and I had about fifteen questions. But he was busy, and my appointment was only 20 minutes. By the time I got home, I couldn’t even remember exactly what he said.

My daughter suggested I ask Claude — an AI assistant. I was skeptical. But I typed out my question in plain English, just like I was writing a letter to a friend.

“My doctor just prescribed metformin. Can you explain what it does, what I should watch for, and what questions I should ask at my next appointment?”

What came back wasn’t a confusing wall of medical jargon. It was a calm, clear, step-by-step explanation — like talking to a knowledgeable friend who happened to know a lot about medicine. It even gave me a list of questions to bring to my next doctor’s visit.

I sat there for a moment, a little stunned. This is what I’ve been waiting for.

What I Use It for Now (You Might Be Surprised)

That was six months ago. Here’s what a typical week looks like for me now:

💊

Health Questions

Understanding medications, symptoms, and what to ask my doctor

✉

Writing Help

Drafting letters to insurance companies, landlords, or family

📰

Making Sense of News

Asking it to explain confusing headlines without the spin

🧩

Brain Games

Word puzzles, trivia, history — it makes a wonderful companion

📱

Tech Help

“How do I do this on my iPhone?” — patient answers every time

🍳

Recipes & More

Adjusting recipes for dietary needs, meal ideas, practical tips

But Here’s the Part Nobody Tells You

The technology itself is free to try. The hard part isn’t the AI — it’s knowing how to talk to it.

Most people try it once, type something vague, get a vague answer, and give up. They think, “I guess it’s not for me.”

That’s like getting a new car, pressing random buttons, not being able to turn on the radio, and concluding that cars don’t work. You just need someone to show you how.

“I tried one of those AI things and it just seemed to talk in circles. After reading this guide, I realized I was asking it the wrong way. Now I use it almost every morning with my coffee.”

— Margaret, age 74, retired teacher from Ohio

That’s exactly why I put together Claude for Seniors — a plain-English guide written specifically for people who didn’t grow up with smartphones and who have zero patience for tech-speak.

No jargon. No assumptions. No making you feel behind.

What “Claude for Seniors” Covers

I wrote this guide the way I wish someone had explained it to me — starting from absolute zero and building up naturally. Here’s what’s inside:

  • How to set it up in under 10 minutes, even if you’re not tech-savvy
  • The magic sentence formula that gets you great answers every time (most people never learn this)
  • 25 copy-paste prompts for the situations seniors actually face — doctor visits, Medicare questions, family letters, and more
  • What NOT to share with AI — the privacy and safety rules that protect you
  • Real examples of conversations, so you can see exactly what good and bad questions look like
  • Troubleshooting guide for when it gives you a confusing or unhelpful answer

It’s written in large, comfortable text. Every step is numbered. And if you get stuck anywhere, you can email me directly.

“This guide treated me like an intelligent adult — not like someone who needed to be managed. I appreciated that more than I can say.”

Who This Is For

This guide is for you if:

  • You’ve heard about AI but have no idea where to start
  • You tried it once and it didn’t seem to work
  • You want help with health questions, writing, or staying sharp
  • You’re tired of feeling left behind by technology
  • You just want something explained clearly, start to finish

This guide is not for people who want deep technical knowledge, or who are already comfortable using AI tools every day. This is for people who just want a reliable, trustworthy guide that holds their hand through the whole thing.

You Deserve Good Tools Too

Here’s something I feel strongly about: the digital world has been treating seniors as an afterthought for too long. The best tools are out there — and you deserve to use them just as much as anyone else.

You’ve spent decades being resourceful, learning new things, and figuring it out. This is no different. It just needs someone to explain it right.

I made this guide to be that someone for you.

Happiness & Inner Peace

Unconditional Happiness: How to Feel Good Without Needing a Reason

What if happiness wasn’t something you had to earn, find, or wait for — but something you could simply choose?

Most of us have been quietly waiting our whole lives.

Waiting to be happy when the job comes through. When the relationship works out. When the scale reads the right number. When life finally cooperates.

But there’s a problem with that approach: the conditions keep changing. You reach one milestone and your mind immediately sets a new one. The happiness that arrives is real — but it’s fleeting, because it was never truly yours. It belonged to the circumstances.

There’s another way to live. It’s called unconditional happiness — and it changes everything.

✦ ✦ ✦

What Is Unconditional Happiness?

Unconditional happiness is exactly what it sounds like: a state of wellbeing that doesn’t depend on external conditions being “right.” It isn’t the giddy high of getting great news. It isn’t relief or excitement or pleasure — though those things are wonderful. It’s something quieter and more durable than any of those.

Think of it as a baseline. A warm, steady undercurrent beneath whatever is happening in your life — the good days and the hard ones alike.

“Happiness is your nature. It is not wrong to desire it. What is wrong is seeking it outside when it is inside.” — Ramana Maharshi

Unconditional happiness isn’t about pretending problems don’t exist, or forcing a smile when you’re grieving. It’s about discovering that your sense of inner okayness doesn’t have to rise and fall with every wave that passes through your life.

✦ ✦ ✦

The Myths That Keep Happiness Out of Reach

Before we can embrace unconditional happiness, we have to see the stories that block it. You’ve probably believed a few of these without realizing it:

❌ The Myth

Happiness is a reward for achieving the right things.

✓ The Truth

Happiness is available right now, independent of achievement.

❌ The Myth

I can’t be happy until my problems are solved.

✓ The Truth

You can hold problems with equanimity while still feeling inwardly at peace.

❌ The Myth

Feeling good all the time means being naive or in denial.

✓ The Truth

Unconditional happiness deepens your capacity to face hard things honestly.

❌ The Myth

Some people are just wired to be happier than others.

✓ The Truth

While temperament varies, inner happiness is a cultivatable skill for anyone.

✦ ✦ ✦

Why We Keep Tying Happiness to Conditions

Our brains weren’t designed for happiness — they were designed for survival. The negativity bias that served our ancestors beautifully on the savanna keeps us scanning for problems, threats, and everything that hasn’t been fixed yet.

On top of that, we live in a culture that profits from our dissatisfaction. Every advertisement is built on the premise that you are not quite enough yet — but this product, this experience, this upgrade will get you there.

So conditional happiness isn’t a personal failure. It’s a very human, very understandable pattern. Recognizing it as a pattern — rather than a truth about how happiness works — is the first liberating step.

✦ ✦ ✦

7 Ways to Cultivate Unconditional Happiness

These aren’t quick fixes. They’re practices — small, repeatable shifts in attention and perspective that, over time, rewire the way you relate to your own experience.

1. Separate Your Wellbeing from Your Circumstances

The most foundational shift: begin to notice the difference between what is happening and how you are choosing to relate to it. Circumstances are neutral until we assign meaning. You have far more authority over the meaning-making than most people realize.

✦ Try This

The Two-Column Journal

Draw a line down the page. On the left, write what happened. On the right, write how you chose to interpret it. Just doing this for a week reveals how much of your emotional experience is interpretation, not fact.

2. Practice Presence

Almost all suffering is time-travel — replaying the past or rehearsing the future. Unconditional happiness lives only in the present moment, because this moment, right here, is actually workable. When you come back to now, you often find there’s nothing actually wrong.

✦ Try This

The 5-4-3-2-1 Reset

When your mind spirals, pause and name: 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, 1 you can taste. You’ll land back in the present within 60 seconds.

3. Cultivate Gratitude as a Daily Practice

Gratitude isn’t about toxic positivity. It’s about training your brain to scan for what’s right alongside what’s wrong. Research consistently shows that a regular gratitude practice physically rewires the brain’s default mode, shifting the resting state toward contentment.

✦ Try This

Micro-Gratitudes

Instead of a long list, find just three very specific, very small things each morning: the temperature of your coffee, the quiet before everyone wakes up, the fact that your body breathed all night without you asking it to. Specificity is what makes gratitude feel real rather than rote.

4. Release the Approval Addiction

One of the biggest leaks in our happiness tank is our dependence on how others see us. When your inner state rises and falls based on someone’s comment, someone’s like, someone’s opinion — you’ve handed your peace away. Unconditional happiness requires reclaiming it.

This doesn’t mean becoming indifferent to others. It means your fundamental sense of okayness no longer requires their validation to exist.

5. Choose Your Thoughts Rather Than Believing Them All

You are not your thoughts. You are the awareness that notices thoughts passing through. Once you truly get that, you gain an enormous freedom: you don’t have to accept every thought as true, and you don’t have to act on every feeling that arises.

✦ Try This

The Labeling Practice

When a negative thought loops, gently label it: “There’s that worry about money again.” Or “My mind is running the ‘not good enough’ story.” That tiny bit of distance — between you and the thought — is where freedom lives.

6. Find Meaning Beyond Outcomes

When your happiness depends on outcomes, every failure is a personal catastrophe. But when you find meaning in the doing — the effort, the growth, the love you brought to something — the outcome becomes less absolute. You can be happy while things are still in progress, still uncertain, still unresolved.

7. Build a Body That Supports a Happy Mind

Unconditional happiness isn’t purely mental. Your nervous system lives in your body, and a dysregulated nervous system makes everything harder. Sleep, movement, time in nature, and deep breathing aren’t luxuries — they are the biochemical foundation of wellbeing. You can’t think your way to happiness on four hours of sleep and chronic stress.

✦ ✦ ✦

What Unconditional Happiness Is Not

Let’s be clear about something: unconditional happiness doesn’t mean you won’t feel grief, anger, fear, or sadness. Those emotions are healthy, human, and important. They have information in them. The goal isn’t to eliminate the full spectrum of human feeling.

The goal is that your identity — your sense of self, your fundamental okayness — is no longer at the mercy of those feelings. You can feel sad without being sadness. You can feel afraid without being fear. The emotions move through you rather than defining you.

“You don’t have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you.” — Dan Millman

This is not passive resignation either. People who practice unconditional happiness often become more effective in the world, not less — because they’re not paralyzed by anxiety, not drained by the constant chase, not frozen by the fear of failure.

The Radical Idea at the Center of It All

Here it is, simply: you don’t need a reason to be happy.

Happiness isn’t the reward waiting at the finish line. It’s not something life owes you after enough suffering. It’s not a personality trait you were either born with or not.

It is, at its deepest level, your natural state — available right now, underneath all the noise, the conditions, the comparisons, and the waiting.

The practices above aren’t about adding happiness to your life. They’re about removing what’s been covering it up.

And that is the most hopeful thing I know: you don’t have to build it from scratch. You just have to get out of its way.

Everything You Need to Know
About This Course — in 30 Seconds

Watch the explainer, read the story behind it, then decide if The Quiet Income Blueprint is right for you. No pressure. No hype. Just the truth about what’s possible.

5 minute read

Thirty seconds is not a lot of time. But it turns out it’s exactly enough to answer the one question most people over 60 have about this course: Is this actually for someone like me?

Watch first. Then I’ll walk you through exactly what I said, why I said it that way, and what it means for you.

Why I Made This Video

When I built The Quiet Income Blueprint I faced the same challenge every course creator faces: how do you explain something meaningful in a world where people’s attention is genuinely precious?

Most course explainer videos do one of two things — they either rush through a list of features nobody asked about, or they pile on so much hype that the person watching feels vaguely manipulated by the end. Neither of those felt right for this audience.

Adults 60 and older didn’t get to this point in life by being easily sold to. They’ve earned the right to be spoken to honestly. So that’s what this video tries to do.

“Thirty seconds isn’t enough time to sell anyone anything. But it is enough time to make someone feel seen — and that’s the only thing that matters.”

— The principle behind this script

The Script, Word for Word

Here’s exactly what you heard — and why each line is there.

30-Second Explainer — Full Script 98 words · 0:30

Why Each Line Is There

Every word in a 30-second script earns its place or it doesn’t make the cut. Here’s the thinking behind each beat.

0:00–0:05

The Hook — “If you’re over 60, you know things.”

This line does two things at once. It tells the right people they’re in the right place, and it tells everyone else this probably isn’t for them. That’s not a bug — it’s the feature. A person who self-selects into this video because they’re over 60 is already your ideal viewer. The word “things” is deliberately vague. Everyone over 60 fills in their own version of what they know. That’s the magic of it.

0:05–0:10

The Mirror — Gardening. Cooking. A trade. A career.

This list is the most important moment in the video. Each word is a mirror that a different person holds up and recognizes themselves in. The gardener hears “gardening.” The retired nurse hears “a career.” The woodworker hears “a craft.” You’re not describing what the course does — you’re describing who the viewer is. When someone thinks “that’s me,” they keep watching.

0:10–0:14

The Possibility — “$500 to $2,000 a month?”

Notice it’s a question, not a claim. “What if that knowledge could quietly earn you…” is softer and more trustworthy than “This course will earn you…” The word “quietly” is doing real work here — it signals that this isn’t about hustle or grinding. It’s about something sustainable and calm. That word is in the course name for a reason.

0:14–0:19

The Product — Named once, described simply.

The course name appears exactly once, with one supporting detail — “6-module workbook course.” That’s enough. The goal isn’t to explain the product in 30 seconds. It’s to make the viewer curious enough to click and learn more. The name and the word “workbook” signal approachability — this is something you hold in your hands, not a maze of software.

0:19–0:23

The Objection Removal — Three “No”s in four seconds.

“No website. No tech skills. No prior business experience.” These are the three most common reasons people over 60 talk themselves out of starting something. Naming them directly — and dismissing them in under five seconds — is more persuasive than anything positive you could say about the course. You’re not selling features. You’re removing fear.

0:23–0:27

The Promise — “Just your knowledge.”

The word “just” is intentional. It reduces the perceived effort to almost nothing. And “real, reliable income” lands differently than “passive income” or “make money online” — those phrases carry baggage. Real and reliable are words adults over 60 respond to. They’ve seen enough schemes to know the difference.

0:27–0:30

The Close — Calm, not urgent.

“Visit… to learn more” is deliberately low-pressure. No countdown timers. No “limited spots.” No artificial scarcity. Your audience has earned the right to be treated like adults making a considered decision. Respect that, and the people who are ready will click. The people who aren’t aren’t going to be pressured into it anyway.

Ready to See What’s Inside?

The Quiet Income Blueprint — 6 fill-in-the-blank workbooks, three bonuses, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. $197, one time, yours forever.

One Last Thing

If you watched the video and thought “that might be me” — that feeling is worth paying attention to. It’s not an accident. That’s thirty seconds of honest description doing exactly what it was designed to do.

The full course is the same. No hype. No hustle. Just a clear, step-by-step path from what you know to what you could earn — at whatever pace feels right for you.

Your knowledge has been patient long enough.

How Claude Is Making It Easier Than Ever for Seniors to Create Quiet Income

Decades of work experience, beloved hobbies, and hard-won life knowledge are sitting unused in millions of homes across America. AI is changing that — one conversation at a time.

8 minute read

For most of human history, the knowledge you spent a lifetime accumulating had exactly one audience: the people who happened to know you personally. If you were a master gardener, your neighbors benefited. If you were an expert bookkeeper, your former colleagues called for advice. If you could make herbal salves that actually worked, you gave them away as gifts.

That is changing. And the change is happening faster than almost anyone anticipated — because of AI tools like Claude that are making it genuinely simple for adults 60 and older to take what they know and turn it into income.

This isn’t a story about technology replacing people. It’s a story about technology finally catching up to the value that experienced, knowledgeable people have always had — and giving them the tools to share it with the world on their own terms.

“The hardest part isn’t doing the thing. It’s figuring out how to describe it, price it, and tell people about it. That’s exactly where Claude steps in.”

— The core insight behind The Quiet Income Blueprint

The Problem Claude Solves

Ask most adults over 60 whether they could teach someone what they know, and they’ll say yes without hesitation. Ask them to write a paragraph describing what they offer and who it’s for, and suddenly there’s a long pause.

The gap between knowing something and being able to package, price, and sell that knowledge is where most would-be quiet income earners get stuck. They spend weeks staring at a blank page. They get overwhelmed by questions like: What should I charge? How do I describe this? How do I find people who need it?

Claude eliminates that gap. Not by doing the work for you — but by being the thinking partner that helps you get out of your own way.

“Claude doesn’t give you the skill. You already have that. It gives you the words, the confidence, and the plan to share it with people who need it.”

The AI Prompt That Changes Everything

You don’t need to be technical to use Claude. You don’t need an account (though the free version at claude.ai is more than enough to start). You just need to know how to ask.

The single most powerful prompt pattern for discovering your quiet income opportunity is this:

The Golden Skill Discovery Prompt
“I am [your age] years old and I spent [X] years doing [your work or hobby]. I also know how to [list 2-3 other skills]. I’m looking for a simple way to earn $[your goal] a month sharing what I know. What are 5 specific services or products I could offer, who would buy them, and what should I charge? Please be specific and practical — no jargon.”

That’s it. Paste that into claude.ai with your real details filled in and you’ll have five concrete income ideas in under a minute — ideas that are specific to you, your skills, and your situation.

Why Seniors Have an Advantage

There’s a narrative in our culture that technology favors the young. When it comes to AI-assisted quiet income, that narrative is exactly backwards.

Younger people have enthusiasm but often lack deep expertise. They haven’t had thirty years to master a craft, build professional knowledge, or collect the kind of life experience that others desperately want to tap into. The average 65-year-old has something a 25-year-old simply cannot have — depth.

Claude levels the playing field on the tech side. The things that used to require marketing agencies, web developers, and copywriters — writing your offer, creating your content, finding your clients — can now be done in conversation. What remains irreplaceable is the knowledge, the experience, and the trust that comes with having lived a full life. That’s exactly what seniors have in abundance.

Ready to Discover Your Golden Skill?

The Quiet Income Blueprint is a 6-module workbook course built specifically for adults 60+ who want to turn what they know into $500–$2,000 a month. No website. No tech skills. No hustle.
